对自然条件下贮藏1、4、8个月的栀子(Gardenia jasminoides Ellis)种子的发芽率、生活力和含水量进行了测定。结果表明,采集后短时间贮藏栀子种子能保持较高的生活力和发芽率,但栀子种子寿命较短,随着贮藏时间的延长,种子的生活力、发芽率呈明显下降的趋势,种子对环境的耐受性也大大降低。生活力与贮藏时间的相关系数r=0.958,种子的生活力(Y)与贮藏时间(X)回归方程Y=102.794-3.736 X;发芽率与贮藏时间的相关系数r=0.881,种子的发芽率(W)与贮藏时间(X)回归方程W=95.740-6.368 X,均显著相关。长时间贮藏后栀子种子的含水量明显下降。
The germination rate, viability and water content of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis seeds stored for 1, 4 and 8 months under natural conditions were determined. The results showed that after storage for a short time, the storage of gardenia seeds could maintain high viability and germination rate, but the life of gardenia seeds was short. With the extension of storage time, the viability and germination rate of seeds decreased obviously, The tolerance of the seeds to the environment is also greatly reduced. The correlation coefficient of viability and storage time was 0.958, the regression equation of seed viability (Y) and storage time (X) was Y = 102.794-3.736 X, the correlation coefficient between germination rate and storage time was 0.881, the seed germination rate (W) and storage time (X) regression equation W = 95.740-6.368 X, were significantly correlated. After a long time storage water content of gardenia seeds decreased significantly.
