12月6日,杭州市召开2013年市综合考评动员大会,全面启动2013年度综合考评工作。此前的11月26日,杭州市已下发《2013年度区、县(市)综合考评实施办法》(包含综合考核评价实施方案、综合考评指标体系、发展指标设置等3个附件)和《2013年度市直单位综合考评实施办法》(包含综合考评单位分类、目标考核工作实施方案、社会评价工作实施方案、领导考评工作实施方案等4个附件)。相比往年,今年的考评标准出现多个变化,主要表现在:调整特色创新目标绩效考核维度;简化工作目标设置和考核;优化发展指标设置和考核;设置重工作点单项奖等。
On December 6, Hangzhou Municipality held the 2013 Municipal General Appraisal Mobilization Meeting to comprehensively launch the 2013 comprehensive appraisal. Previously, on November 26, Hangzhou Municipality has issued the Measures for the Implementation of Comprehensive Appraisals of Districts, Counties and Cities in 2013 (including the three comprehensive appraisal and evaluation plans, the comprehensive appraisal index system and the set of development indicators) and the 2013 Annual units directly under the municipal comprehensive evaluation of the implementation approach "(including the comprehensive evaluation unit classification, the implementation of the target assessment program, the implementation of social assessment program, the implementation of the leadership evaluation program 4 Annex). Compared with previous years, there are many changes in this year’s evaluation criteria, mainly reflected in: the adjustment of innovative goals of performance appraisal dimensions; simplify the setting and assessment of work objectives; optimize the development of indicators set and assessment; set heavy work single awards.
