2013年的水灾让余姚遭受了巨大损失,余姚人痛定思痛,奋然而行。一年来,干部群众人心思干、人心思上、人心思齐,形成了干事创业的强大合力,凝聚起加快建设和发展的精气神。今年前三季度,余姚地区生产总值增长8.1%,规上工业增加值增长9.7%,进出口总额增长11.5%。灾难面前不低头,越遇挫折越坚强。受灾不可怕,精神不可垮。洪灾虽然给余姚造成了前所未有的重创,但没有击垮余姚干部群众的斗志。
