商会是诞生于 2 0世纪初的一种近代民族资产阶级的团体 ,随着商品经济的发展 ,商会在社会经济中的影响也日益扩大 ,民国初年商会已经广泛发展到县城以外的市镇 ,从而与农村社会经济产生了千丝万缕的联系。但近年来研究商会的著作中 ,对于商会与农村经济之间关系的研究尚极少见。本文主要利用《天津商会档案汇编》中保存的大量史料 ,通过分析商会与农村商业、农村工农业生产、农村赋税和交通运输之间的关系 ,阐述了商会对农村经济起的积极作用。

This paper mainly uses the large amount of historical materials stored in the compilation of Tianjin Chamber of Commerce archives and expounds the positive role of chamber of commerce in rural economy by analyzing the relationship between chamber of commerce and rural commerce, rural industrial and agricultural production, rural taxation and transportation.
