学校教育特别是学前教育,对孩子的思想认知启发有着至关重要的作用,身为一名学前教育工作者,我们应当反思学前教育的本质究竟是什么。本文通过对教育是农业还是工业进行探究,根据实际状况分析教育的本质,从实际出发,通过对文献的归类总结,加之作者的认识,得出教育应当是农业的理论。力求证实教育的本质应是因材施教,教学相长,为以后学校教育,特别是学前教育提供有效的教学方法。
School education, especially preschool education, plays an important role in children’s ideological and cognitive enlightenment. As a preschool education worker, we should reflect on the essence of pre-school education. This paper analyzes whether education is agriculture or industry, analyzes the nature of education according to the actual conditions, and from the reality, through the classification of the literature and the author’s understanding, concludes that education should be an agricultural theory. In order to prove that the essence of education should be teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes and teaching, they should provide effective teaching methods for future schooling, especially pre-school education.
