教师是课程实施过程中最直接的参与者,课程改革在实施新课程标准的基础上,关键是教师观念和教师行为的转变,这就要求我们广大教师不断改进教学方法和教学技能,走进教材,钻研教材,拓展教材,创造性地使用教材。一、教师能够创造新形式、新内容、灵活多样的教学活动,激发学生的学习兴趣教学知识来源于生活实际,生活本身又是一个巨大的数学课堂,教师在教学活动中,不应该只盯在教材内容上,而应该把它扩展到学生的生活空间,拓宽学生的视野。例如,六制一年级数学加 Teacher is the most direct participant in the process of curriculum implementation.
