心脏收缩时间间期(Systolic timeintervals,STI)是指用多导生理记录仪同步描记心电图、心音图及颈动脉搏动图所测得的心脏收缩时不同时相的时间,以间接估计心室收缩功能。由于这些图形主要反映心脏的电变化与机械变化,故统称为心机图(Mechanocardiogram)。STI也可应用心阻抗图或超声心动图进行测定。测定方法心电图应选用有明显Q波的肢导联(多采用导联II),记录心音的微音器放置于心尖区,脉搏传感器置于喉结水平的颈总动脉
Systolic timeintervals (Systolic timeintervals, STI) refers to the indirect assessment of ventricular systolic function by simultaneous tracing of electrocardiograms, phonocardiograms and carotid pulsatility measurements at different phases of systole with a multi-channel physiologic recorder. As these graphics mainly reflect the electrical changes in the heart and mechanical changes, it is collectively referred to as Mechanocardiogram. STI can also be measured using cardiac impedance or echocardiography. Determination of ECG should choose the obvious Q-wave limb leads (lead II), record the sound of the microphones placed in the apical area, the pulse sensor placed in the level of the common carotid artery
