讨论了基于对半导体气敏元件周期性加热条件下 ,分析其瞬态响应特性并利用模糊推理与神经网络对混合气体分类及浓度估计的一种新方法。实验结果表明 ,该方法能够获得较高的分辨率。
A new method for the classification and concentration estimation of mixed gases based on the transient response characteristics of semiconductor gas sensors is analyzed based on the fuzzy heating and neural network. Experimental results show that this method can obtain higher resolution.
