目的:探讨强肾育婴汤对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者激素分泌及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:将124例PCOS患者按照数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各62例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组联合应用强肾育婴汤治疗,对比两组激素分泌、胰岛素抵抗及妊娠率。结果:治疗后观察组排卵率、妊娠率、黄体生成素、雌二醇及卵泡刺激素等均明显高于对照组,血清睾酮、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、瘦素均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:强肾育婴汤可在西药治疗基础上改善PCOS患者激素分泌,减轻胰岛素抵抗,提高排卵、妊娠率。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qiangshen Yuying Decoction on hormone secretion and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: A total of 124 PCOS patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the digital meter method. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with QXRY. The levels of hormone secretion, insulin resistance, Pregnancy rate. Results: After treatment, the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate, luteinizing hormone, estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The serum testosterone, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index and leptin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusion: QNSH can improve hormone secretion, reduce insulin resistance and improve ovulation and pregnancy rate in PCOS patients on the basis of Western medicine.
