临床资料我院心内科1984～88年共复苏成功心脏骤停10例。男8,女2.年龄16～76岁,平均47.2岁。冠心病7例,其中急性心肌梗塞4例、充血性心肌病1例,暴发型病毒性心肌炎1例,狼疮性心肌炎1例。骤停前征象:7例在骤停前有心绞痛发作,其中4例因急性心肌梗塞致心绞痛持续发作。1例充血性心肌病患者有胸闷、心悸、气急。骤停前或急诊入院时心电图检查或心电临测:8例出现频发
Clinical data Department of Cardiology, our hospital from 1984 to 1988 a total of 10 cases of successful cardiac arrest. Male 8, female 2. Age 16 to 76 years, an average of 47.2 years old.
