目的:探讨桂枝茯苓丸联合头孢曲松、甲硝唑治疗卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法:将96例卵巢囊肿患者随机分为两组,对照组48例给予头孢曲松钠针2.0g加入250mL生理盐水中静脉滴注,1次/天;甲硝唑注射液200mL静脉滴注,1次/天,共2周;治疗组48例在对照组的基础上给予桂枝茯苓丸4g/次,2次/天,口服,治疗3个月后观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸联合头孢曲松、甲硝唑治疗卵巢囊肿疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with ceftriaxone and metronidazole in the treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods: 96 cases of ovarian cysts were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 48 patients given ceftriaxone sodium needle 2.0g added 250mL saline intravenous infusion, once daily; metronidazole injection 200mL intravenous infusion, 1 time / day for 2 weeks. In the treatment group, 48 cases were treated with Guizhi Fuling pill 4g / time, 2 times / day on the basis of the control group, orally and 3 months after the treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with ceftriaxone and metronidazole in the treatment of ovarian cysts is effective and worthy of clinical application.
