在对采煤机滚筒单齿受力分析的基础上,考虑到不同工况(牵引速度、滚筒转速、煤岩性质、截齿配置等)对载荷的影响,应用离散化的数值分析方法,通过MATLAB编制程序实例模拟了滚筒3个方向的瞬时载荷分布和力矩分布,并采用载荷波动因数评价了滚筒参数设置的合理性和工作的平稳性,为研究采煤机螺旋滚筒截割过程负载特性和滚筒科学设计提供了理论依据。
