药剂科是整个医院的重要组成部分,是以药品采购、处方调配、制剂、药品质量监测,临床药学及临床科研为一体的综合性科室。是提高医疗质量,保证患者用药安全有效的重要环节,又是医院经济的重要来源。随着医院药学的发展,加强药剂科管理已经得到普遍的重视,现就基层医院药剂科存在的问题以及如何改变现状作一探讨。
