在四个全面战略布局的大背景之下,有着众多基层党员的高校如何通过在高校党员干部中开展“微学习”教育活动,把党风建设延伸到建立在教学、科研第一线的基层党组织中去,从而通过此项活动加强基层党员党性修养,增强基层党组织凝聚力和战斗力,打造从严治党软环境,是摆在所有高校党员干部面前的一项新任务。本文主要从在高校党员干部中开展“微学习”的必要性、在高校党员干部中开展“微学习”的具体措施以及以上措施的意义等三个角度来谈几点思考。
