针对首阳山电厂1025t/h锅炉投产初期发生的高温再热器第7管圈异种钢焊接接头爆破案例进行了分析,认为异种钢焊接存在的缺陷和管圈的结构不良是爆破的主要原因。着重对管圈的结构进行了讨论,提出了具体的改进方案并实施,取得了良好的效果,为同类型锅炉受热面的改造提供了可借鉴的方案。
According to the analysis of the blasting of the dissimilar steel welded joints of the seventh pipe coil of the high temperature reheater occurred in the initial stage of the commissioning of the 1025t / h boiler in the First Yangshan Power Plant, it is considered that the defects of the dissimilar steel welding and the structural defects of the pipe ring are the main causes of the blasting. The structure of pipe circle was discussed emphatically. Some specific solutions were put forward and put into effect. Good results were achieved, which provided a reference for the reconstruction of heating surface of the same kind of boiler.
