骆马湖南堤自1958年蓄水运用以来,曾多次决口,必须进行防渗加固处理.处理方案是以土工膜为主,高喷板墙为辅联合作用的复合防渗帷幕,具体施工工艺包括开沟造槽、土工膜铺设和沟槽回填等.对施工中出现的坍槽、上游坡冒水冒浆、堤身湿陷、堤身理有石块等做了处理.实践证明,采用垂直销塑防渗技术具有造价低、工期短、防渗效果显著等优点,适用于平原水库及河道堤防的防渗加固.
