在新形势下,在职业教育教学过程中应该强调帮助、引导。解放思想是扫除障碍、引领发展的重要法宝,思想解放的程序决定发展的空间。以传统的教学方式与方法已经满足不了对学生能力的培养,尤其在结合专业教学进行以下能力的培养:沟通与合作的能力、创造性地解决问题的能力、独立而有效工作的能力、思考与学习的能力、责任心、论证与评价的能力。树立全面发展的人才观,要以科学发展观为指导,坚持德育为首,育人为本,重视学生创新精神和实践能力的培养,特长爱好,个性的充分发展,培养学生具有宽厚扎实的基础知识和基本技能,具有终身学习的本领,具备开拓进取,勇于创新的精神。
