我们党一贯高度重视党风廉政建设,在围绕组织落实党风廉政建设各项规章制度、改进工作做了大量卓有成效的工作。总的来看,绝大多数党员作风是好的,工作是扎实的,但也要看到,一些领导干部作风不正、不严、不实、不良问题仍然存在,工作懒、散、慢、怠等现象在一些部门也很突出。针对这些存在问题,如何发挥党组织的监督作用,使之贯穿于党员领导干部的工作、学习和生活中,起到提醒和警示作用,永葆党员政治本色,本文就此谈点个人认识。
