95年以来,中原油田教育培训中心结合油田产业结构调整,先后开展了钢筋工、消防员等10个项目的职工转岗培训,为富余职工重新上岗创造了条件。 一 95年3月,油田原钻井工程服务三公司整建制地转产为矿建公司,118名职工需要进行钢筋工、砖瓦工、混凝土工、抹灰工等5个工种的建筑技术培训。教培中心及时安排油建培训学校承担了这一培训任务。油建培训学校在认真准备教材的同时,专门聘请了8名专家担任兼职教师,通过98天的强化技能培训,使118名学员分别拿到了各个工种的培训合格证书。后经油田技能鉴定中心考核,
