1983年以来,我院科研又取得一批新成果,到1984年8月末,共有十二项科研新成果经上级主管部门和院学术委员会组织专家鉴定通过。现将这些成果简介如下:1.应用合金粉末等离子喷焊工艺修复农机具易损零件研究我院农工系修理教研室部分教师,经过三年的试验,制定出了应用喷焊工艺修复粉碎机锤片、联合收获机钉齿,机引犁犁铧、螺旋挖沟机叶片四种零件的合理工艺规范和参数;优选出修复零件的合金粉末;根据修复不同零件的工艺要求,使用了改进的 SN-1和SN-2型喷焊枪。经修复强化的农机具零件可提高使用寿命一倍以上,作业成本大大降低(锤片降低
