本文总结了用多元扩散偶法对Fe-Ni-Al三元系两相分解面的测定结果。测得了850~1150℃的六个温度的等温截面,并据此求得了Fe-NiAl伪二元状态图和两相分解面的透视图。结果表明,两相分解面与有序-无序转变曲面之间有密切关系,证实了前文在理论上对Fe-Ni-Al系两相分解面的预测,也使这一系统的两相分解面的特异形状及与Meijering理论之间的差异得到了令人满意的解释。
This paper summarizes the results of the determination of the two-phase decomposition surface of the Fe-Ni-Al ternary system by the multiple diffusion double method. The isothermal cross sections of six temperatures from 850 ℃ to 1150 ℃ were measured and the pseudo-binary state diagram of Fe-NiAl and the perspective view of the two-phase decomposition surface were obtained. The results show that there is a close relationship between the two-phase decomposition surface and the order-disorder transformation surface, which confirms the previous theoretical prediction of the two-phase decomposition surface of Fe-Ni-Al system and the two-phase decomposition of the system The distinctive shape of the face and the difference between it and Meijering’s theory are satisfactorily explained.
