目的观察甲硝唑棒和奥硝唑甘油糊剂对智齿冠周炎的临床疗效果。方法将96例智齿冠周炎患者,完全随机分为两组:用奥硝唑甘油糊剂的研究组和用甲硝唑棒的观察组,每组46例。常规冲洗后,观察组盲袋内放甲硝唑棒,研究组盲袋内放奥硝唑甘油糊剂,分析俩组临床症状以及不良反应。结果研究组患者治疗后牙龈充血红肿、触痛、溢脓,张口受限等症状改善明显,总有效率为96%,观察组总有效率为83%,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者出现不良反应1例(2%)与对照组4例(8.69%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智齿冠周炎行奥硝唑加甘油糊剂的治疗临床效果明显,且不良反应少。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of metronidazole rods and ornidazole glycerine paste on pericoronitis of wisdom teeth. Methods A total of 96 patients with pericoronitis were randomly divided into two groups: the study group with ornidazole glycerol paste and the observation group with metronidazole stick, with 46 cases in each group. Routine washing, observation group blind metronidazole stick inside the blind bag, study group blind bag put ornidazole glycerol paste, two groups of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Results The symptoms of gingival congestion and swelling, tenderness, empyema and limited mouth opening were significantly improved in the study group after treatment. The total effective rate was 96% and the total effective rate in the observation group was 83% (P <0.05) There was significant difference between the two groups (1%, 2%) and control group (8.69%) in the study group (P <0.05). Conclusions The treatment of ornidazole plus glycerol paste has obvious clinical effect with less adverse reactions.
