目的探讨运用品管圈提高门诊肌内注射成功率的效果。方法通过开展品管圈活动,分析影响肌内注射成功率的原因,针对注射失败的主要原因采取相应改进措施。结果开展品管圈活动后,肌内注射缺陷率明显降低,注射成功率明显提高。结论品管圈活动有利于提高肌内注射成功率,发挥团队合作精神及圈员的质量管理能力,可提高病人的满意度。
Objective To explore the use of quality control ring to improve the success rate of intramuscular injection. Methods By analyzing the causes of intramuscular injection success rate and analyzing the reasons for the success rate of intramuscular injection, corresponding improvement measures were taken according to the main reason of injection failure. Results After conducting QC activities, the intramuscular injection defect rate was significantly reduced and the success rate of injection was significantly improved. Conclusions Quality control ring activities are helpful to improve the success rate of intramuscular injection, exert the team spirit and quality control ability of circle members, and improve patient satisfaction.
