要想成为一名优秀的教师就必须具有很高的理论素养、政治素养、道德素养、艺术素养。此外,教师的个性魅力、外在气质也是必不可少的,特别是要有风度。所谓教师风度,就是指教师在教学过程中所体现出来的具有审美情趣、审美价值的一种外在的体现,是教师的外在的形象、语言技巧、文化艺术和道德情操的综合表现。教师风度的培养,笔者认为主要从高雅美感形象的塑造、语言技巧的学习以及文化艺术修养三个方面着手。
To become a good teacher must have a high theoretical quality, political quality, moral quality, artistic accomplishment.
