随着物流业的持续快速发展,物流企业的“人才荒”、“用工荒”也日益成为经营者最头疼的问题之一。物流业发展对人才的需求是多元的和多层次的,无论是优秀物流企业家的缺失,还是一流管理人才的不足,甚或是身怀绝技的一线操作人员的匮乏,总体上都呈现供需失衡的状态。如何创新人才培养模式,如何提升员工素质,必须引起各方的高度关注。
With the sustained and rapid development of the logistics industry, “shortage of personnel” and “shortage of labor” in logistics enterprises are increasingly becoming one of the most troublesome problems for operators. The demand for talents in the development of logistics industry is diversified and multi-level.
