鞍山地区广泛分布着前震旦纪地层.多数人把这套变质岩系划分为鞍山群(太古代)和辽河群(元古代).鞍山群蕴藏着鞍山式铁矿,其研究程度较高.但前震旦纪经历了漫长的地质发展史和复杂的地质作用,因此对若干地质问题有不同的认识.本文试图从分析鞍山群基底构造入手,对本区铁矿的赋存特点及找矿方向作初步讨论.一矿区地质概况区内出露的地层有:太古界鞍山群,岩石组合为绿泥(绢云母)片岩(千枚岩)、斜长角闪岩、黑云变粒岩、磁铁石英岩(鞍山式铁矿),元古界辽河群,岩石组合为变质火山岩、石英岩、绢云母千枚岩夹磁铁石英岩(灵山式铁矿).二者共同组成本区古老结晶基底,上覆震旦系、寒武系、第四系等.鞍山群、辽河群普遍受强烈的混合岩化作用,前者尤甚,致使原区域变质岩石多呈
Most of them are divided into Anshan Group (Archean) and Liaohe Group (Proterozoic), which are widely distributed in Anshan area, while Anshan Group holds Anshan-type iron ore with a high degree of research.
