对四段式旋流分离器的结构尺寸对性能的影响进行了实验研究 ,结果表明 :减小溢流孔径可提高分离效率 ,但会增加压力降 ;入口尺寸对旋流分离器性能的影响非常明显 ,随着入口截面的长宽比增加 ,旋流分离器的压力降减小 ,但分离效果也降低 ;旋流分离器入口当量直径越大 ,压力降越低 ,效果越差。随着小锥段角度增大 ,旋流分离器的压力降增大 ;小锥角变化对 18μm以上的油滴的分离效果基本相同 ,对小于 18μm以下油滴的分离效果有较大的影响。减小直径、延长尾管段能够提高旋流分离器的分离效率 ;但压力降相应增大
The experimental results show that the reduction of the overflow aperture can improve the separation efficiency but increase the pressure drop. The influence of inlet size on the performance of cyclone separator is very obvious. As the aspect ratio increases, the pressure drop of the hydrocyclone decreases, but the separation effect decreases. The larger the equivalent diameter of the cyclone inlet, the lower the pressure drop, the worse the effect. With the increase of the angle of small cone section, the pressure drop of the hydrocyclone increases. The change of small cone angle is basically the same for the separation of oil droplets above 18μm, which has a great effect on the separation of oil droplets below 18μm. Reducing the diameter and prolonging the tail pipe section can improve the separation efficiency of the cyclone; however, the pressure drop increases correspondingly
