本文从认识政府办公楼的性质入手,思考建造豪华政府办公楼的深层次原因,并指出应该改变政府的绩效考核方式,按政府的公共服务效果作预算。
This article begins with understanding the nature of the government office building and ponders on the deep reasons for building the luxurious government office building. It also points out that the performance appraisal method of the government should be changed according to the public service effectiveness of the government.
