图书发行体制改革十年来,各省、自治区、直辖市出版发行部门在党的方针政策指引下,坚定不移地走改革之路,取得了可喜的成绩和变化。为了记录出版发行部门在坚持社会主义道路上所留下的不可磨灭的足迹,为了总结交流十年图书发行体制改革的实践,探索发行体制改革的经验,促进发行事业的进一步发展,新闻出版署发行管理司组织编写了《图书发行体制改革实践》,已由中国书籍出版社出版。该书由王益同志作序,收进了1982年朱穆之、王益同志、1990年宋木文、刘果和袁亮同志分别在全
Ten years of reform of the publishing system, the publishing and distribution departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, guided by the party’s principles and policies, have steadfastly taken the road of reform and made gratifying achievements and changes. In order to record the indelible footsteps left by the publishing and publishing departments in upholding the socialist road, in order to sum up the exchange of ten-year practice of the book distribution system reform, to explore the experience of the reform of the distribution system and to promote the further development of the publishing industry, the Press and Publication Administration Management Division organized the preparation of a “book distribution system reform practice”, has been published by the China Book Press. The book was prefaced by Comrade Wang Yi, which incorporated Comrade Zhu Muzhi and Wang Yi in 1982, Comrade Song Muwen, Liu Guo and Yuan Liang in 1990
