早期和部分中期乳腺癌患者做了乳腺癌保乳切除术后,必须放疗,因为放疗可以降低乳腺癌的局部发病率,提高局部控制率,进一步提高远期生存率。
Early and partial mid-stage breast cancer patients who have breast cancer after breast-conserving resection must be treated with radiotherapy because radiotherapy can reduce the local incidence of breast cancer, increase the local control rate, and further improve the long-term survival rate.
