目的探讨钼靶CR与彩超联合诊断乳腺癌的价值。方法对本院2010年4月至2011年5月115例经临床确诊的乳腺癌患者进行回顾性分析。行乳腺钼靶、超声,及钼靶超声联合检查三种方法进行分析对比。结果钼靶CR对乳腺癌确诊率86%,彩超确诊率84.3%,钼靶CR联合彩超同时检查确诊率94.7%。结论钼靶CR联合乳腺彩超检查能大大提高乳腺癌的检出率,两者互补,是乳腺癌患者影像检查最佳组合。
Objective To investigate the value of mammography combined with color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods From April 2010 to May 2011, 115 cases of clinically diagnosed breast cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed. Line mammography, ultrasound, and molybdenum target ultrasound combined examination of three methods were analyzed and compared. The results of mammography CR 86% of breast cancer diagnosis, color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis rate of 84.3%, molybdenum target CR combined with color Doppler ultrasound examination confirmed the same time 94.7%. Conclusion Molybdenum target CR combined with mammography can greatly improve the detection rate of breast cancer, the two complement each other, is the best combination of breast cancer imaging.
