黑龙江省鹤伊公路管理处组建于2000年8月,直属黑龙江省收费公路管理局,处级事业单位,承担着鹤伊公路(鹤嫩公路伊春至鹤岗段)、伊五公路(伊嘉公路伊春至五营段)公路的管理、征费、养护及相关社会服务,管辖总里程220公里。鹤伊公路(S303)于2001年初运营通车,设红旗收费站、金山收费站、松鹤收费站。公路全长140.863公里,其中鹤岗市入口、伊春区出口为一级公路,共14.209公
Heilongjiang Province, Heyi Highway Management Office was established in August 2000, directly under the toll road management bureau of Heilongjiang Province, Department level institutions, to undertake the Heyi Highway (Henen Road Yichun to Hegang section), Iraqi-five highways Highway Yichun to Wuying section) highway management, levy, conservation and related social services, the total jurisdiction of 220 km. Heyi Road (S303) opened to traffic in early 2001, set the red flag toll station, Jinshan toll station, Songhe toll station. The total length of the road is 140.863 kilometers, of which the entrance to Hegang City and Yichun District are the first-class highways with a total of 14.209 kilometers
