目的:研究人类mut-s同系物6(hMSH6)和P53蛋白在散发性结肠癌(SCC)中的表达及与SCC病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化Max-Vision二步法检测48例SCC癌组织、距癌灶3~9 cm的癌旁组织及≥10 cm的结肠组织以及45例正常结肠组织中hMSH6、P53的表达情况。结果:癌组织、距癌灶3~9 cm的癌旁组织中,hMSH6的阳性表达率低于距癌灶≥10 cm结肠组织及正常结肠组织,P53的阳性表达率高于距癌灶≥10 cm结肠组织及正常结肠组织,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);hMSH6阳性表达与癌灶部位及浸润深度有关(P<0.05);P53阳性表达与组织学分级有关(P<0.05);hMSH6与P53阳性表达呈负相关(r=-0.403,P<0.05)。结论:hMSH6、P53的异常表达参与了SCC发生及发展的过程,hMSH6、P53可作为评价SCC生物学行为的指标。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of human mut-s homolog 6 (hMSH6) and P53 protein in sporadic colon cancer (SCC) and its relationship with the pathological features of SCC. Methods: The expression of hMSH6 and P53 in 48 cases of SCC tissues, 3 cm to 9 cm paracancerous tissues and 10 cm or more colon tissues and 45 normal colon tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry Max-Vision two-step method . Results: The positive expression rate of hMSH6 in cancer tissues from adjacent tissues of 3 ~ 9 cm was lower than that in colon and normal colon tissues> 10 cm away from the tumor, the positive expression rate of P53 was higher than that of tumorous lesions> 10 (P <0.05). The positive expression of hMSH6 was correlated with the depth of tumor site and depth of invasion (P <0.05). The positive expression of P53 was correlated with histological grade (P <0.05) There was a negative correlation between hMSH6 and P53 expression (r = -0.403, P <0.05). Conclusion: Aberrant expression of hMSH6 and P53 is involved in the development and progression of SCC. HMSH6 and P53 may serve as indicators for evaluating the biological behavior of SCC.
