Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Shanghai Municipal Government held the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Award Conference on April 10, in recognition of their contributions to the scientific and technological progress of Shanghai and the scientific and technological personnel and units that won the 2002 Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award.
