[悲观并非都不好]一般人总是认为,乐观比悲观好。可是科学家却发现,悲观有时不全是坏事。传统的观念告诉我们说:负面思考往往与失败、脆弱和不健康联系在一起,只有乐观和开朗才能使人获取耐力、保持健康、通往成功。
[Pessimistic is not all bad] Most people always think that optimism is better than pessimism. But scientists have found that pessimism is not always a bad thing. The traditional notion tells us that negative thinking is often associated with failure, vulnerability and unhealthiness, and that only optimism and openness allow for endurance, health and success.
