《中国中医药报》2017年2月15日讯:2017年2月10日,人力资源社会保障部、财政部、国家卫生计生委、国家中医药管理局四部门发布《关于开展公立医院薪酬制度改革试点工作的指导意见》,提出开展公立医院薪酬制度改革试点,探索建立适应我国医疗行业特点的公立医院薪酬制度。意见指出,从发文之日起,在上海、江苏、浙江等11个综合医改试点省份各选择3个市(州、区),除西藏外的其他省份各选择1个公立医院综合改革试点城市进行试点,为期1年。
February 20, 2017: On February 10, 2017, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Finance, the State Health and Family Planning Commission and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine released the “Guidelines on Launching the Public Hospital Pay System Guiding Opinions on Reforming Pilot Work ”, put forward to carry out pilot reform of public hospital remuneration system and explore the establishment of public hospital remuneration system that suits the characteristics of China’s medical industry. Opinion pointed out that from the date of dispatch, in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other 11 provinces comprehensive pilot provinces choose three cities (states, districts), except for Tibet, the other provinces choose a public hospital reform pilot cities Pilot for 1 year.
