通过对酚醛树脂与固化剂乌洛托品在400℃、600℃、850℃时氧化气氛和还原气氛下焦渣值的试验研究,表明还原气氛下的焦渣值比氧化气氛高,加入乌洛托品可增加酚醛树脂的交联度,提高焦渣值,在树脂中加入氧化剂高锰酸钾可降低焦渣值。可以推断,控制酚醛树脂砂中乌洛托品的加入量和适当加入高锰酸钾,可以调整酚醛树脂砂的热稳定性和溃散性。
