很多网商看重的是成本低的特点而选择进入网商行列,商务部计划在今年6月份发布《网上商业数据保护法规》,这将有可能成为中国首部网上交易的相关法规。相关法规使得各个方面的成本大幅度提高,对于发展处于稚嫩阶段的网商们是一记沉重打击。网上交易法规的出台意味着国家对电子商务的监管开始趋向严格。监管将可能主要集中在提高网上开店的门槛和征税方面。消息一出,不少网络商人感到了生存压力,不少准备投资网店的人则暂时停步,等法规出台后再考虑是否进入。
