套管外封隔器与早强油井水泥桨体系配套应用的综合固井工艺技术,在华北二连油田阿南砂岩油藏阿31断块的应用,很好地解决了多年来该高压注水断块油水井固井质量差的技术难题,为阿南及哈南高压注水砂岩油藏油水井固井质量的提高探索出了一条行之有效的途径。建议以后在二连油田阿南及哈南砂岩油藏进行调整井固井时,套管外封隔器以下油层段使用具有早强、低失水、零析水、微膨胀特点的水泥浆体系。
The application of integrated cementing technology combined with casing packer and early strength oil well cement paddle system in Block A 31 of Anan sandstone reservoir in Erlian Oilfield in North China can well solve the problems of high pressure water injection fault block The technical problems of poor cementing quality in oil and water wells have explored an effective way to improve the cementing quality of oil and water wells in Anan and Hannan high-pressure water-filled sandstone reservoirs. It is suggested that cementing systems with early strength, low water loss, zero-gravity water and slight expansion should be used for the following reservoir sections of the packer below the casing in the Anlunan and Hannan sandstone reservoirs in Erlian Oilfield.
