多温区冷藏车的研究和发展尚处于起步阶段,仍有许多方面值得我们去研究和探讨。随着数值模拟技术在制冷方面应用的不断成熟,可以借助计算机来对新型的多温区冷藏车进行数值分析及系统优化。本文对多温区冷藏车厢的温度场、速度场进行了数值计算,并数值模拟了出风口风速及厢内的堆货形式对流场的影响,从而对出风风速、堆货方式进行分析及优化设计。
Multi-temperature refrigerated trucks research and development is still in its infancy, there are still many aspects worthy of our study and discussion. With the application of numerical simulation technology in refrigeration continues to mature, the numerical analysis and system optimization of a new multi-temperature zone refrigerated truck can be performed by means of a computer. In this paper, the temperature field and velocity field of a refrigerated compartment in a multi-temperature zone are numerically calculated and the effects of the wind speed at the outlet and the stacking mode on the flow field are numerically simulated. Then the wind speed and stacking mode are analyzed. Optimize design.
