目前,矽(尘)肺 X 线诊断与病理诊断仍存在一定的差异,其 X 线改变远较病理变化为少,往往是病理改变已出现而 X 线胸片上不易反映出来。特别是矽肺的早期诊断,X 线检查存在一定的局限性,同时合并有其它疾病时,诊断更为困难。为了进一步提高矽肺 X 线诊断水平,探讨 X 线改变的病理基础及早期病变的 X 线征像,我们将资料完整的九例观察对象和一例正常范围的粉尘作业工人的 X 线胸片及病理变化作如下对照研究。
