对于受交变载荷的压力容器(主要包括蓄热器、换热器等),在设计中除应遵循常规设计要求外,必须充分考虑其低周疲劳问题.本文以蓄热器为例,提出了在选材及设计方面防止受交变载荷的压力容器疲劳失效的具体措施.1 选材对于承受交变载荷的压力容器,应选用低碳钢或低合金钢,不宜选用高合金钢和高强度钢.对材料的检验要求较严格,如蓄热器的选材为20g,要求在投产以前对钢板逐张进行超声波探伤,以找出和消除钢板本身的缺陷,所有钢板的边缘和气割坡口表面在施焊前应进行着色检查,以消除波口表面的缺陷.
