针对汽车工业等制造业的特点研制了关键设备的在线监测与突发故障自动保护系统。选择与机床工作状态因果关系明显的主驱动系统电流、功率、扭矩、电网电压及机床振动等信号作为在线监测信号。采用阈值监测模式,选用STD总线结构的工业控制计算机,以双机并行工作的方式构成模块化实时监控系统。并实际应用于工业现场,取得了良好的效果。
For the automotive industry and other manufacturing characteristics of the key equipment developed on-line monitoring and automatic fault protection system. Choose the signal of the main drive system current, power, torque, grid voltage and vibration of the machine tool, which have a causal relationship with the machine tool working status, as the online monitoring signal. The threshold monitoring mode is adopted, the industrial control computer with STD bus structure is selected, and the modular real-time monitoring system is constructed by the way that the two computers work in parallel. And actually applied to the industrial scene, and achieved good results.
