目的研究口腔修复材料钴铬合金中钴、铬离子析出及其影响因素。方法将钴铬合金放入人工唾液和纯水中浸泡,采用HCl和Na OH调整p H值。浸泡2、4周后,观察不同浸泡液中、不同p H值时、不同温度时钴铬合金中钴、铬离子的析出量。结果人工唾液中钴、铬离子析出的浓度均明显高于纯水(P<0.05);p H值、温度和时间对钴铬合金析出有影响。结论钴铬合金样本在偏酸或偏碱、低温或高温条件下钴、铬离子析出量明显增加,并且时间越长,增加量越多。
Objective To study the precipitation of cobalt and chromium ions in the cobalt-chromium alloy for dental restoration and its influencing factors. Methods The cobalt-chromium alloy was immersed in artificial saliva and pure water, and the pH value was adjusted by HCl and NaOH. After soaking for 2 and 4 weeks, the amount of cobalt and chromium ions in the cobalt-chromium alloy was observed under different immersion conditions and different p H values. Results The concentrations of cobalt and chromium ions in artificial saliva were significantly higher than those in pure water (p <0.05). P H value, temperature and time affected the precipitation of cobalt-chromium alloy. Conclusions Cobalt-chromium alloy samples show a significant increase of cobalt and chromium ion excretion under the conditions of partial acid or partial alkali, low temperature or high temperature, and the longer the time, the more the amount of cobalt ion is added.
