目的:探讨情景教学法在《内科护理学》实践教学中的实际应用效果。方法:将2012级护理专业6个班级分成两组,11-13班为对照组,学生106名,14-16班为实验组,学生99名,对照组三个班级采用传统教学方法,实验组三个班级采用情景教学法,对两组学生进行理论和实践技能考核。结果:实验组学生的理论和实践技能得分均高于对照组(83.29±6.54vs73.81±5.09,88.69±8.53vs76.47±7.24),p<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:在《内科护理学》中采用情景教学法有助于提高学生的理论知识水平和实践技能,真正缩短课堂教学与临床实践之间的距离。
Objective: To explore the practical application effect of situational teaching method in the practice teaching of medical nursing. Methods: Six classes of nursing major in 2012 were divided into two groups, 11-13 classes were control group, 106 students, 14-16 classes were experimental group, 99 students, control group three classes using traditional teaching methods, experimental group Three classes using situational teaching method, the two groups of students theoretical and practical skills assessment. Results: The score of theoretical and practical skills of experimental group students was higher than that of control group (83.29 ± 6.54 vs 73.81 ± 5.09, 88.69 ± 8.53 vs 76.47 ± 7.24), p <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: The use of situational teaching method in “medical nursing” helps to improve students’ theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and truly shorten the distance between classroom teaching and clinical practice.
