目的探讨Smo及Gli1 mRNA在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用原位杂交技术检测68例食管鳞癌、35例癌旁不典型增生及68例正常食管黏膜组织中Smo及Gli1 mRNA的表达,并分析其与食管鳞癌各临床病理学参数间的关系。结果①在正常黏膜、癌旁不典型增生及食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Smo mRNA的阳性表达率依次增高,分别为0(0/38)、14.3%(5/35)和63.2%(43/68),组间两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②Gli1 mRNA的阳性表达率在正常黏膜、癌旁不典型增生及食管鳞癌组织中亦依次增高,分别为2.6%(1/35)、17.1%(6/35)和70.6%(48/68),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③Smo及Gli1 mRNA的阳性表达率均与食管鳞状细胞癌组织学分级,浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P均<0.05)。结论 Smo及Gli1 mRNA过表达可能与食管鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及浸润转移相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of Smo and Gli1 mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expression of Smo and Gli1 mRNA in 68 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, 35 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 68 cases of normal esophageal mucosa were detected by in situ hybridization.
