Mathematical modeling method of regression analysis is applied to establish the calculation model of the best renewal period of Dongfeng 5t dump truck series. Sensitivity analysis shows that the purchase cost of vehicles has a significant impact on the optimal renewal period, and the change of car scrap value and interest rate has almost no impact on the optimal renewal period.
