开展科技期刊审读需要明确认识一个基本目标——促进科技期刊的健康发展,积极调动审读与被审读二方的积极性,充分发挥管理部门、刊社和社会三条渠道的作用。为了提高审读的实效,应该切实倡导出版前后和刊社内外四类审读方式的优势互补,正确对待政治与学术、科学与道德、客观与主观、宏观与微观、历史与现实五个关系,认真学习审读的六条标准,努力做好审读的体制确定、人员选择、范围把握、实际运作、结果认定、信息反馈和总结表彰七个方面的工作。
