[目的]观察免煎颗粒疏肝活血汤联合谷胱苷肽治疗氯乙烯肝损害疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按抛硬币方法随机分为两组,对照组30例谷胱苷肽1.2g+5%葡萄糖250 mL静滴,1次/d。治疗组30例疏肝活血汤水冲服,1剂/d;西药治疗同对照组。观测临床症状、影像学检查、血液生化指标。均连续治疗30d为1疗程。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访120d。[结果]临床症状、影像学检查、血液生化指标治疗组对照组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组。[结论]疏肝活血汤联合谷胱苷肽治疗氯乙烯肝损害疗效满意,优于单纯谷胱苷肽治疗。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of the decoction-free granules Shugan Huoxue Decoction combined with glutathione for the treatment of vinyl chloride liver damage.
