选用推广良种,是事半功倍的增产措施,是农业增产的重要环节,这已为我省许多社队的实践经验所证明。最近,全省种子工作会议提出:一九七六年要求在继续普及良种的同时,早稻矮秆良种面积达到95％以上,二季晚稻矮秆良种和粳稻良种面积达到80％以上。根据这个要求,要及早动手,作好安排,选好留足。特别是二季晚稻的良种要注意合理搭配,及早落实。
The use of improved varieties of seeds is a multiplier way to increase production and is an important part of agricultural production. This is evidenced by the practical experience of many communes and brigades in our province. Recently, the province’s seed working conference proposed: In 1976, while continuing to popularize elite varieties, the area of early-season dwarf varieties reached more than 95%, and the area of second-season late-maturing dwarf varieties and japonica varieties reached more than 80%.
